Challenge:
Create a landscape that makes you think of the Loosdrechtse Plassen, on a rooftop which is enclosed by high buildings. It must become a place with a nice atmosphere for the surrounding offices and houses.

Result:
A beautiful roof garden with a pond in the center. De pond works as a Polder Roof, the first one in The Hague. The terrace is adjacent to the restaurant and is frequently used by the surrounding offices. the pollard willows and plants in the pond combined with the jetty almost make you think you’re at the Loosdrechtse Plassen.

Products: Azobe floor parts, pond (EPDM membrane) enclosed by Azobe sheet piling and basalt pebbles. Polder Roof®, pollard willows and marsh plants in the pond.
